A five-person design studio in Petone working on brand identity, packaging and campaigns. About half our clients are food and beverage producers; the rest are professional services firms who have realised their logo was made in 2009 by a cousin. We do the strategy before the pretty pictures. If you cannot say who you are for and why it matters, a new logo will not fix it.
A full identity: positioning workshop, naming if you need it, logo suite, colour and type system, and a brand guide written so a printer, a signwriter and a web developer all produce the same thing. You own every file, including the editable sources. We have seen too many businesses held hostage by a designer who kept the originals.
A monthly retainer covering a half-day shoot, twelve to sixteen finished posts, captions, and scheduling to your channels. You approve the plan a month ahead, so nothing goes out that surprises you. We report on reach and saves rather than follower count, because follower count does not sell anything.
A technical SEO fix-up, a content plan aimed at the searches that lead to enquiries, and a Google Ads account restructured so budget stops leaking into broad-match noise. Management fee is flat, not a percentage of spend — we have no reason to talk you into a bigger budget.
