Dosa, idli, and a rotating set of regional meals from Tamil Nadu and Kerala, made from scratch in a kitchen you can see from the dining room. The batter is ground on site every night, which is the whole reason the dosa tastes the way it does. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and about half of it is vegan without substitution. We are busy on weekends from 11am — a booking is worth it.
